Confidentiality pioneer Fhenix has unveiled its FHE Coprocessor, a breakthrough scaling layer designed to bring confidential execution directly to existing Ethereum Layer-1 smart contracts and Layer-2 rollups. Rather than forcing developers to migrate to separate, isolated privacy blockchains, the coprocessor allows standard Solidity contracts to offload private computations off-chain.
Key use cases demonstrated during the public demo include sealed-bid auctions that prevent front-running, confidential collateral ratios that protect borrowers from predatory liquidation sniping, and private gaming mechanics.
With $15 Million in Series A venture capital, Fhenix has expanded its Nitrogen testnet questline, rewarding community participants who wrap testnet assets into encrypted tokens.
