Mind Network has officially launched its Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) restaking testnet phase, providing cryptographic security guarantees for decentralized artificial intelligence. By combining shared economic security from restaked assets with FHE computations, the protocol ensures that decentralized AI agents can process private corporate and user data without exposing underlying models.
In standard decentralized computing setups, node operators can inspect plain-text model weights and user inputs, creating catastrophic data privacy hazards for financial and medical applications. Mind Network resolves this vulnerability by evaluating AI inference queries strictly over encrypted ciphertexts.
Restakers on the testnet are actively delegating testnet ETH and BTC into specialized FHE subnets, earning verifiable proof points and participating in decentralized governance.
