Term Structure has launched its public testnet platform, introducing an institutionally compliant fixed-income protocol powered by customized zero-knowledge rollup execution. The platform tackles one of the primary obstacles preventing large-scale treasury capital from entering DeFi: unpredictable, floating interest rates.
By implementing an on-chain central limit order book (CLOB) running inside an application-specific ZK rollup, Term Structure enables borrowers and lenders to lock in precise interest rates across fixed maturities ranging from 30 days to one year. Placing, modifying, and canceling orders incurs zero gas fees, with proofs settled recursively back to Ethereum Layer 1.
Backed by venture firms including Cumberland and HashKey Capital, Term Structure is incentivizing testnet traders with reward points for building market depth and testing bond redemption mechanics ahead of its anticipated mainnet launch.
